Rest 2 minutes, then…

Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets):
Pause Front Squat x 3-4 reps at 3211

B.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes of:
95/65 pound Thruster, 10 reps
40 Double unders

Rest 1 minute, then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes of:
Row/Ski/Bike, 20 calories
15 Burpees over the rower

Rest 1 minute, then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes of:
20 Step-ups, 24/20″
15 Push-ups

C.
Five minutes of:
Static Stretching or Tissue Work (time permitting)
