Sumo Dimmel Deadlift x 20 reps at 40%

B.
Three rounds for time of:
24/16kg Kettlebell Swing, 50 reps
4 rounds of Strict Cindy

Coach Alex’s Notes:
1 round of Strict Cindy is 5 strict pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats.

C.
Five minutes of:
Static Stretching or Tissue Work (time permitting)
