Let feel dictate the load. If you feel good, increase the weight. If you feel a little slow or off, keep the weight light and work on speed and mechanics.

Every minute, on the minute, for 21 minutes:
Minute 1 – 12 Burpees
Minute 2 – 14 Wall-ball Shots, 20/14 pounds
Minute 3 – 32/24kg Kettlebell Swing, 16 reps
