Biography:

Overweight and out of shape in his teens and early 20s, Chris knows first hand that physical activity can transform lives. He works hard to ensure that his clients and members achieve more than they thought possible and have fun doing it!

Chris currently holds the following CrossFit certifications:

  • CPTN Certified Personal Trainer (CPTN-CPT)
  • CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate
  • Fundamentals of Fitness Leadership Certificate (Sheridan College)
  • Fitness Leadership Award (Sheridan College)
  • Standard First Aid with CPR-C
