Every 90 seconds, for 9 minutes (6 sets):
Shoulder Press x 3-4 reps at 80-90%

B.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Box Jumps, 24/20″
20 Push Presses, 115/75 pounds
50 Double unders

C.
Five minutes of:
Static Stretching or Tissue Work (time permitting)
