Minute 1 – 15 Deadlifts, 225/155 pounds
Minute 2 – 20 Wall Ball Shots, 20/14 pounds
Minute 3 – 40 Double Unders

C.
Five minutes of:
Static Stretching or Tissue Work (time permitting)
