Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Row/Ski/Bike 30 calories
60 Double unders
30 Push-ups
60 Double unders
30 Sit-ups

Scaling Options:
Complete with a partner where only one person works at a time.

C.
Five minutes of:
Static Stretching or Tissue Work (time permitting)
