Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Deadlift, 3 reps at 80-85%

B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 7 minutes:
11 Handstand Push-ups

Rest 3 minutes, then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
3 Burpees over the barbell
3 Deadlifts, 225/155 pounds
6 Burpees over the barbell
6 Deadlifts, 225/155 pounds
9 Burpees over the barbell
9 Deadlifts, 225/155 pounds
…and so on until 7 minutes is up.
