Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes (5 sets):

Minute 2 – Handstand Push-ups (6″ deficit), 1-3 reps

For time:
Run 1600m, Row 2000m or Ski 2000m

Rest until the clock reaches 10 minutes, then…

5 rounds for time of:
225/155 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
10 Burpees

Two rounds, not for time, of:
Skull Crusher x 50 reps
Horizontal Ring Row x 10-15 reps
