1 minute of sumo deadlift high pulls, 75/55 pounds
1 minute of box jumps, 24/20″
1 minute of push press, 75/55 pounds
1 minute of rowing (calories)
Rest 1 minute

Rest until the clock reaches 25 minutes, then…

7 minutes of Handstand practice
7 minutes of Plank practice
7 minutes of Stretching
