FIRST – YOUR FREE “NO SWEAT INTRO”
Everyone starts with the freebie. Not only will we help you determine if CrossFit is right for you, we will get to know your goals, expectations, fitness level, experience and help you decide which step to take next.
Here’s what you can expect:
We’ll talk about your current exercise plan and your athletic background
We’ll help you establish clear and attainable goals and expectations
We’ll answer all your questions about our program, the membership options and the associated fees
We’ll give you a rundown of the CrossFit methodology
You’ll have chance to see the gym and some of our members at play (it may look like they’re working hard)
We’ll recommend the next step to take in your CrossFit journey
SECOND – CREATING YOUR FOUNDATION
After your “No Sweat Intro” you’ll go on to either register for an introductory course or book a one-on-one personal training session. You’ll learn how to perform the fundamental movements safely and properly as we introduce them to you in a systematic and progressive manner. Later, you’ll build upon those skills in our ongoing CrossFit classes.
THIRD – BUILDING A BETTER YOU
After you complete your introductory training and are comfortable with the basics, you can choose the membership option that suits your needs, health goals, and schedule, best.
