Push Press x 2 -3 reps

B.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
Run, Row or Ski 500m
21 Burpees

Rest 3 minutes, then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
115/75 pound Hang Power Clean, 7 reps
24/16 kg Kettlebell Swing, 21 reps

C.
Five minutes of:
Static Stretching or Tissue Work (time permitting)
