Minute 1 – Front Squat + Push Press, 1-2 reps
Minute 2 – Hollow Hold, 40 seconds

Build your way up on each set using 70-90% of your max push press

B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes:
Minute 1 – 135/95 pound Front Squat, 10 reps
Minute 2 – 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20″

C.
Two sets of:
Banded Monster Walk, 10 steps forward, 10 steps back
Banded Lateral Shuffle, 10 steps left, 10 steps right
Leg Curls (feet in rings), 15 reps
