Row or Ski for 2 minutes (max meters)
Rest 1 minute
20/14 pound Wall-ball Shots for 2 minutes
Rest 1 minute

C.
Two rounds, not for time, of:
Good Morning, 20 reps
Passive Hang, 30 seconds
