I am amazed by the support provided by CrossFit coaches during all my training classes. They guide me by showing how to perform exercises properly and are happy to provide a modified version of workout if I am not able to do the prescribed one. This is my first experience of personal training, which I strongly believe I enjoy and able to perform workouts that I thought I never would. I really appreciate and would like to consider the hard work and support provided by the coaches during every class as they always assist me in using proper techniques and encourage me to never give up. I thought after my first class, I will not be able to do this any further, but I am already stepping into 5th week of my New You Challenge. I love it and always look forward attending my classes each week.
I would definitely recommend CrossFit to all my family and friends. I have already started to feel the New Me and would continue to working towards my health and wellness goals.
